Aminolast is a dietary supplement created by the bodybuilding legend Rich Gaspari; the product was created based on the knowledge and experience of the master. BCAA branched amino acids

Directions
Shake container well before each opening to avoid settling. Mix 1 level scoop into 8 oz of cold water and consume 30 minutes prior to working out. Use only 1 serving in a 24-hour period.
